Stephen Heidari-Robinson, UK Prime Minister’s Adviser on Energy and Environment (Sep 2015 – Jul 2016)
Stephen Heidari-Robinson was David Cameron’s energy and environment advisor. Prior to this, he headed McKinsey and Company’s organisation practice for energy clients and served as a Vice President in Schlumberger. Stephen is a senior visiting fellow at Oxford University and was one of the people behind the recently announced plan for £246m of investment in electric vehicle research and development. Stephen is the co-author of the Harvard Business Review book, ‘Reorg – How to Get It Right’ and has led a dozen reorganisations in energy and infrastructure. He is the co-founder and Managing Director of Quartz Associates, which trains companies to deliver better reorganisations.
