Neil Fulton, Programme Director, Transport Systems Catapult
Neil Fulton is a Programme Director at the Transport Systems Catapult; an organisation with responsibility to support the development and deployment of advanced technologies in Intelligent Mobility – working with Government, Industry and Academia. He has responsibility for the Customer Experience and Automated Transport Systems business units, leading teams of engineers, Human Factors specialists and behavioural scientists.
Neil began his career with Cummins Engine Company working in product development, customer engineering and account management roles. In 2000, he joined Millbrook Proving Ground where he ran the Powertrain Engineering department, managing a team of industry leading Engineers responsible for engine test, exhaust emissions and advanced Powertrain development.
