  • UK Wide Infrastructure Investment showcase and debates and European Renewables; Leaders or Followers? focus day use your personal data to manage your relationship with us, allow you to be notified about and participate at current and future events organised by us, deal with invoicing and ensure that we can communicate with you efficiently.

  • We as organiser undertake relevant industry research in keeping with UK, global infrastructure and European renewables markets. We use the research to promote our industry events. You can request to be withdrawn from our promotional material at any time. We only contact those relevant professionals within the above mentioned industries based on research where the contacts are freely provided and/or shared on the internet; from third party industry referrals and where necessary, provided by telephone reception staff for communication purposes.
  • We as organiser will store the information supplied by you on our secure database until otherwise notified by you.
  • Your details will NOT be passed onto nor shared with any third party.
  • You can at any time request to be removed from our database.

 

What does this policy cover?

This policy describes how 3CAT CONFERENCE LIMITED (also referred to as “UK Wide Infrastructure Investment showcase and debates”, “European Renewables; Leaders or Followers? focus day”, ”we” or “us”) will make use of your data to participate at our events as promoted on our websites (http://ukwideinvestment.com and https://europeanrenewables.london).

  • To fulfil a contract, or take steps linked to a contract: this is relevant where you make a purchase from us. This includes:

    • providing customer services and arranging for the delivery or other provision of services;
  • Where we have a legitimate interest. This includes:
    • to undertake internet based research and industry analysis to source relevant industry contacts and utilise the said industry contacts where they are freely  provided and/or shared on the internet; from third party industry referrals and where necessary, provided by telephone reception staff for communication purposes.
  • Where you give us consent:
    • we will send you direct marketing in relation to our relevant events

 

Withdrawing consent or otherwise objecting to direct marketing

How long will you retain my data?

Where we process registration data, we do this until otherwise notified by you.

Where we process personal data for marketing purposes or with your consent, we process the data until you ask us to stop and for a short period after this (to allow us to implement your requests). We also keep a record of the fact that you have asked us not to send you direct marketing or to process your data so that we can respect your request in future.

Where we process personal data in connection with performing a contract, we keep the transactional data for six years from your last interaction with us (or such longer period as may be required by law).

This policy is written in English. In the event of any conflict in interpreting or construing the terms of this policy, the English version shall prevail.
